Must have min. 7 years experience with Data Migration, Data Transformation projects on Snowflake Experience in designing and data engineering on Snowflake Good experience and strong skills in building cloud data solutions and provide expertise on Cloud storage, big data platform services, serverless architectures, hadoop, RDBMS, DW/DM, NoSQL databases and security. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable, performant data platforms/data lakes, and ability to deliver proof of concepts and projects using Snowflake Experience with Data Architecture with like of Data Ingestion/Data Integration/Data Pipeline/Data Orchestration tools & streaming services like Event Hubs, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Data Lakes Prior experience with distributed systems and exposure to breadth of Big Data technology such as Hadoop MapReduce, Pig, SQOOP, YARN, Hive, HBase, PySpark Exposure to Data governance including Data Security, Data quality and MDM etc. Snowflake Certified Data Engineer is a must. Experienced with Snowflake cloud data warehouse & AWS S3 bucket for integrating data from multiple source systems Experienced in various methodologies like Waterfall & Agile. Extensive experience in developing complex stored Procedures/BTEQ Queries. In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL/ELT concepts & modelling structure principles. Strong experience in migrating other databases to Snowflake Nice to have - loading nested JSON formatted data into snowflake tables
