The purposes of this position are:

Digital Marketing has transformed the marketing landscape and will continue to gain momentum with the increasing widespread proliferation of connected devices. The role will be responsible for establishing the break-through KOL strategy and performance marketing model to enable new growth business model.
He/ She plays an important role in ensuring world-class marketing by:
Establish influencer & performance media strategy and PH framework that can well deliver brand strategy and proposition
Cultivate and manage performance marketing for emerging channel, eg: Tiktok, Little Red Book, etc.
Work closely with media and sales team to drive and elevate consumer CDJ experience to contribute on consumer scale and efficiency
Explore and evaluate emerging digital marketing/e-Commerce opportunities;
Set up framework of the creative excellence team and internal production studio. Identify the WOW with global and cross-functional team.
Develop training and insert design thinking with best-practice facilities to improve organization-wide marketing proficiency.
Communicate with global and BU marketing team to translate the strategies into creative and content strategy.

You will report to Philips contents & engagement leader and collaborate with many other teams including Brand Marketing, Media, EC, Insights team etc.,.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Strong and leading expertise in KOL & performance marketing to connect content with business result
Strong ownership with good collaboration spirit
Business-oriented mindset
Connection in top KOL will be an add-on
Maturity to independently manage projects and strong influence power
Entrepreneurial spirit, result-driven and strong analytical justification for all decisions;
Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal;
