Job Description:



We are looking for someone seeking their next data and analytics challenge. Working for Artech, the analyst will be responsible for managing all ongoing social listening data and analytics need of our client's business. The analyst will be responsible for working as part of a central team of analysts, to serve the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate decision making.



 



The ideal candidate will work well in an entrepreneurial environment, been keen to innovate, and be capable or deriving insight from various types of data including social listening, native social media platforms, paid social and web analytics.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Provide Social Media Intelligence and insights

  • Build complex semantic queries used to collect data in order to respond to client's business problems and needs, developing and managing social dashboard, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data and providing recommendation.

  • Manage, organize and present data from various sources (social, web, paid social, etc) developing and delivering both regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership and to help drive decision-making.

  • Utilize social listening tools for event-based reporting, product feedback, brand reputation monitoring and ad-hoc reporting of pre-determined key topics.

  • Conduct audits of social content to ensure maximum efficiency of creative used, and to ensure correct application of tags.

  • Stay abreast on best practices and latest trends in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, SEM, digital content and campaign management.

  • Attain proficiency in available tools to subsequently evangelize said tools to colleagues and stakeholders.



 



Minimum Qualifications and Skills:




  • 3-5 years of work experience in social listening or media monitoring

  • Experience in using social measurement tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc

  • Power user in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Adobe, Power BI and Qlikview will be highly valued

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter,Instagram, Linkedin and native platform analytics

  • Strong understanding of Boolean, keyword management, data validation, and data cleansing

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of English language as mandatory requirement

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to analyze information at both a macro level and a more detailed level and make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent team player
