• Foster positive relationships with the online community and address inquiries or concerns.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall social media strategy.
