- Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Scheduling and Posting: - Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Schedule posts across different platforms using social media management tools.
Community Engagement: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
- Foster positive relationships with the online community and address inquiries or concerns.
Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay Informed: - Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall social media strategy.
Requirements - Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
