Title: Social Media Campaign Developer

This role is inclusive of the following responsibilities:
Plan social media advertising budget and strategy for paid campaigns on various social channels
Paid campaign building including ad optimization, targeting, bid strategy, placement, and attribution settings
Boost social media posts
Manage billing and payment methods for social media campaign buying
Optimize social media campaigns as they run to increase performance
Build and present reports on social media campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future
Create Salesforce automated journeys in Advertising Studio for social media campaigns
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
At least 4 years' experience planning, building, and executing social media advertising campaigns with budgets of $30,000 or more
In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
Experience managing social campaign billing and invoices
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Experience working in Salesforce Advertising Studio and/or Journey Builder for social media campaigns
A keen understanding of social media KPIs and ad optimization
Experience creating and testing tracking and conversion pixels
Ability to present to Business Partners and explain social advertising campaign best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Experience with TikTok and Pinterest ad management
Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
Digital photo and video content creation
Education/Certifications Include:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
