About the Role Oversees planning and execution of social media content across all channels while also supporting the social media team in day-to-day activations. Position Responsibilities - Oversees relationships with photography/videography vendors for Ocean and HQ2 entities.
- Creatives live content for HQ2.
- Manages social calendar for HQ2.
- Handles community management for HQ2.
- Provide support at onsite and offsite events.
- Collaborate with HQ2 management team.
- Plan social media photoshoots.
- Assist Social Media Manager in directing social media photoshoots.
- Update and own the relationship with UGC software.
- Claim UGC content.
Essential Functions - Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Must be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Whats Required - Undergraduate Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a social media role
- Deep understanding and passion of social media; also highly proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter platforms
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High proficiency in photography/videography and associated editing software, Canva and Adobe Software Suite
- Keen eye for aesthetics and visual trends
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
