We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and format videos as needed, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand's style and messaging.
  • Post videos and content across all platforms, maintaining a consistent schedule of 3 posts per week.
  • Attend weekly calls to review upcoming plans, discuss strategies, and align with team members.
  • Coordinate events, managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Create a comprehensive list of big conference organizers and pitch our brand for potential speaking or partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with outreach to brands, building relationships, and exploring potential collaborations or partnerships.
  • Create and manage a consistent newsletter, providing valuable content to subscribers and growing the subscriber base.
  • Plan out collaborations with influencers or other brands to expand our reach and engagement.
  • Assist with various projects as needed, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Utilize platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Office Suite, and Canva.
  • Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, and PR is a must.
  • Strong interest and passion in women's health is a must.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in all content and communication.
  • Display intuitive organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrate kindness, graciousness, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with the audience and team members.
  • Strong writing skills to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Available to work approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as needed.
  • Being located in the Atlanta metro area and available for monthly in-person meetings is a plus.
  • Located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, and PR is a must.
  • Knowledge and passion for women's health is essential.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
