Key Responsibilities

• Devise and manage our editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content.
• Oversee our Instagram and Pinterest profiles, aligning with our brand's voice.
• Schedule posts to maximize engagement and reach.
• Engage actively with our community by managing comments, DMs, and overall engagement.
• Design and create visually appealing pins for Pinterest.
• Set up and optimize our Pinterest account for maximum traction.
• Dive into any spontaneous tasks or projects that emerge, showcasing flexibility.
• Demonstrate readiness and flexibility to jump in and assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as they arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (essential).
• Familiarity with the platforms mentioned above.
• An inherent interest or passion in motherhood topics (highly desirable).
• An eye for detail and creative excellence.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time.
