We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. - Oversee our Instagram and Pinterest profiles, aligning with our brand's voice.
- Schedule posts to maximize engagement and reach.
- Engage actively with our community by managing comments, DMs, and overall engagement.
- Design and create visually appealing pins for Pinterest.
- Set up and optimize our Pinterest account for maximum traction.
- Dive into any spontaneous tasks or projects that emerge, showcasing flexibility.
- Demonstrate readiness and flexibility to jump in and assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as they arise.

- Pinterest
- Canva
Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (essential).
- Familiarity with the platforms mentioned above.
- An inherent interest or passion in motherhood topics (highly desirable).
- An eye for detail and creative excellence.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time.
