POSITION DUTIES: Develop and modify scalable software applications. Collaborate with technical and business team members to define and design applications and system integration. Contribute to software design and implementation, writing source code and maintaining existing software. Participate in technical design review meetings and technical initiatives with other development teams such as QA testing and delivery. Ensure consistency across systems and oversee application/system dependencies and deliverables. Participate in pairing and code reviews and troubleshoot problems with existing applications. Possible travel and/or relocation may be required. Work to be performed at various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Minimum Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Five years of progressive, post baccalaureate web development and/or testing experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS: This position also requires education or experience in: 1. Software development in Java J2EE platform; 2. Java, Hibernate, JBoSS, Servlets, JavaScript, Junit, and Spring; 3. Cloud-related technologies; 4. HTML and XML; 5. Writing Restful API using other ORM tools; 6. Unit test frameworks; 7. Databases (SQL and MySQL); 8. Object-oriented principles; 9. Algorithms; 10. Database analysis and design; 11. Agile methodologies; and 12. CI/CD Jenkins and build process.
