Responsibilities:

• Experience in enterprise software systems, Process automation, SQL
• Diagnose software database structures for customer implementation.
• Install, startup servers, workstations, networking, and automation software.
• Work closely with Operations team
• Submit project status report to customer.
• Provide training to customer and other stake holders.
• Follow client quality assurance process.
• Willing to travel and work in shifts.
• Strong computer skills like MS office tools , Database (SQL Server and Oracle)
• Degree in CIS, MIS, IT
