Job DescriptionElephant in the Boardroom, a Melbourne-based Digital Agency is actively looking for a Software tester into join our team. Tester is responsible to identify, analyse, and report defects or inconsistencies in our software applications, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and usability. Experience: 1-2years Location: Chennai (On-Site Only) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are only preferred Responsibilities Conduct manual testing to identify defects, bugs, and other issues. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to thoroughly test software applications. Perform functional, non-Functional, regression testing to validate software changes and ensure existing functionality remains intact. Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects of the software. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the. testing process. Contribute to the development and maintenance of test environments, tools, and frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in software testing, including test planning, test case development, and execution. Familiarity with both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
