As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our dynamic team.

As a Solutions Architect at our MSP, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing customized IT solutions for our diverse client base. Your deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, combined with your broad technical expertise, will enable you to architect and deliver innovative solutions that address our clients' unique business requirements. You will collaborate closely with our sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client infrastructure, applications, and business processes to architect effective and scalable solutions.
• Design system architectures, create solution blueprints, and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Microsoft Azure platform services, solutions, and best practices.
• Lead solution presentations and engage in technical discussions with clients to address their concerns and provide clarifications.
• Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Microsoft Azure and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within an MSP or IT consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
• In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, application architectures, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or similar, are highly advantageous.
