We are offering a competitive salary between $60,000 - $70,000 (BOE). In addition, you will be a part of a team of seasoned leaders, working shoulder-to-shoulder with you while you grow. Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef. Are you high-energy, fun-loving, and have the leadership skills to inspire a team? Our ideal Sous Chef brings the following:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef experience
- Understanding of Restaurant P&Ls and inventory processes
- Strong understanding of all Dining Room and Kitchen systems and operations; must demonstrate the ability to run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant
- Provides direction, coaching, and leadership for all Team Members
- Ability to hire, train, and maintain team members and maintain guest focus
- Ensures 100% adherence to all aspects of food quality.
- Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent)
