Job description
Cyber Sphere a fastest growing IT consulting and services company is looking to onboard a sharp, dynamic, go-getter Business Development Manager for its team. This will be an onsite opportunity at Suwanee, GA (link removed) The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build new business for the company. You will strategically plan approaches to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for clients' needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make cold calls and prospect calls to potential clients via phone and in person.
Schedule client appointments, present presentations to potential clients, and compose ads.
Negotiate pricing contracts in partnership with the Branch Manager.
Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Work closely with Recruiters to maximize both marketing and recruiting efforts.


SKILLS & MUST-HAVES

Meet a minimum of 5+ years of experience or Proven work experience in the business development of US IT staffing industry.
Hands-on experience in business development and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Must be able to able to meet sales targets.
Familiarity with recruiting practices, employment law, and human resources processes is a plus.
Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal and written.
Strong critical thinking skills to meet challenges and tight deadlines to achieve client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be considered.
