The PositionOur bank client is seeking to fill a Sr. Relationship Manager role in the Bayfield, CO market. The successful candidate will review complex commercial/AG credit underwriting and recommend an appropriate structure. This position offers a generous salary of up to $128K and full benefits package. Sr. Relationship Manager responsibilities include: - Ensuring the overall success and growth of an assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers.
- Effectively manage a commercial/AG portfolio of $75MM-$100MM and/or client relationships of 150-200.
- Effectively manages all aspects of a portfolio including past dues, renewals, ticklers, covenant monitoring, risk rating, problem loans, file maintenance, and pipeline.
- Proactively meets with existing customers and prospects to profile needs to ensure we provide the right products and services to help them succeed financially.
- Analyzing complex credit requests in areas of credit, cash flow, collateral, and risks to repayment.
- Addressing and resolving complex customer issues.
- Cross-training in advanced commercial banking activities such as SBA, USDA, and FSA guaranteed loans and assists in cross-training lending staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

You also bring the following skills and experience: - BS/BA degree or higher in Business Administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business-related fields.
- Eight or more years of commercial/AG experience in one or a combination of portfolio management, commercial/AG lender, and senior-level credit analysis.
- Formal credit training.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding established goals.
- Experience in Sales.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
