SR. VMWARE & MICROSOFT SYS ENGINEER, InfoStructures MSP, LLC, Rockville, MD. Provide on-site and remote network integration and support services to our government and commercial clients within Windows 2019/2022 and VMware v6/7 environments. Plan, implement and provide advice on VMware configurations, migrations, and improvements; evaluate VMware configurations, resolve issues and perform client installations; plan, implement and provide advice on Windows server systems including troubleshooting and migration support; evaluate complex network requirements and resolve Windows system related issues; suggest improvements to client networks; VM and Windows server escalation support for internal helpdesk team members; Manage projects various migrations, new installations, etc.; provide team leadership on technical projects and technical guidance to other engineers; and develop technical reports and documentation.
