LHH is partnering a large healthcare organization that is seeking a Staff Accountant. This position will report directly to the Controller and will provide high-level exposure to the processes associated with a real estate company. This position will be responsible for month-end close, ad-hoc analysis when needed, and experience mentoring other team members. This role will range in compensation around $55k-60k dependent upon experience. They are located in Plano and they are currently working a hybrid schedule with 2 days' in-office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
• Complete journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with the consolidating of financial statements for multiple entities
• Complete ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Assist with the mentoring and training of other staff members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 0+ years of experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
• Proficient within Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
