Seeking a sharp developing professional and individual contributor in General Accounting, who works well under moderate supervision. Under general direction, performs a broad range of accounting functions including analysis and reporting. Duties may be performed in various groups within Controllership including, but not limited to, AP, AR, Fiduciary, Cash Control or General Ledger.

*Must have Cash Applications and Invoicing experience.

*Ideal candidate would have a background in or exposure to the investment / banking / financial services industry

Responsibilities

* Bachelors degree in Accounting required

* Journal entries, reconciliations. Settlements with other Client and Company Agencies

* Heavy invoicing - will generate and send out via email

* Follow up with clients who have not paid after 30 days

* There are multiple departments throughout the US - Will work with Sales individuals

* Debits and credits work

* Strong communication skills

* Must be detailed and organized

* There is a tracking sheet with clients listed to help monitor

* Look for people who have Cash Applications AND Invoicing experience
