Job Description
:
Responsible for implementing the Branch Control framework to make a meaningful impact on
sales effectiveness, team morale and productivity.
Verification of internal Policy & Process and extend support to Branch Team for adherence.
Conduct training at regular intervals (Compliances, Incentives, Policy, Process, etc.).
Provide continuous support to Business Team to adhere on Policy Guidelines, Process
improvements and drive the branch team for NIL observation in any of the Internal & External
Audit Report and/or RCU observations.
Willing to Travel to undertake Branch & Field visit across locations.
Prepare Branch Visit Report and publish observations to Senior Management.
