Job Title: Statistical Assistant
Location: 1 State Street, New York, NY, 10004
Shift: Monday Friday | 37.5 hours per week (TBD)
Duration: 3 months
Job Description:
Assist Exec. Insurance staff in managing large-scale initiatives including but not limited to division-wide hiring and staffing. This includes managing vacancies, posting open positions, tracking candidates, etc. Creating workflow and timelines for large insurance projects that span the entire division. Including following up with key stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner. Maintaining trackers for Insurance Exec. including tracking of all Insurance 60-day lists for Exec. Desired Qualifications/Experience:
BA degree PMP certification Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Five years of relevant experience Additional Information:
- The position is new and currently vacant.
- A background check and fingerprinting will be required.
- Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams
- DFS does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by bus or subway.
- DFS currently has a 50% telecommuting policy in place.
