Read tickets and schedules to determine correct materials and quantities to gather for proper construction of doors.  Gather lockblocks, stiles, rails, and core on a cart and TIMELY delivery of materials to the proper layup line in proper quantities.  Use a miter/chop saw to cut stiles and rails to special lengths as needed. Record material rejects and adjustments. Salvage materials by cutting back stiles and rails. 

Excellent ability to read schedule/tickets and determine proper material sizing and usage. Perform door and customer quality specifications, proper door construction, door types, core types, stile/rail/block types, tape measure to 1/32", safe operation of a miter saw.  

Read and interpret production tickets and schedules.  Be highly familiar with build constructions, perform visual quality checks, read tape measure to 32nd of an inch, safe operation of a miter saw. Quick thinker, strong math skills, responsive to layup team with a sense of urgency.  Must be organized.
