We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Store Digital Product Manager, to work on a remote basis.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business teams to drive the Store Digital Experience roadmap and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
Collaborate with key business and tech stakeholders to prioritize business use cases, define product requirements, and build MVP/MVE (Minimum Viable Product/Minimum Viable Experience).
Work closely with the PMO (Project Management Office) and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning, and ensure successful implementation and deployment plans.
Participate actively in scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, story grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and sprint retrospectives.
Communicate updates and process changes to various stakeholders, identifying issues, risks, and mitigation strategies proactively.
Collaborate with Product Management and business teams to develop metrics for measuring the success of program features, analyzing results, and recommending action plans and enhancements across the organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role within the digital space.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, scrum practices, and experience in product management tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to develop metrics, analyze data, and drive actionable insights.
Experience in change management, training content development, and user acceptance testing.
