We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our Home Furnishings store in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for furniture, and a proven track record in managing and motivating a team.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. You will collaborate with our design team to curate a diverse range of furniture and accessories that meet our customers' needs and preferences. Additionally, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, promoting a positive and customer-centric work environment.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, product placement, and promotional strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction reflects the Circle Furniture brand image and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques for the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, replenishing, and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of furniture products, styles, and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
