Role Summary:

- This is a core leadership role in the sales function. The ideal candidate will have a deep

understanding of relationships and experience working on strategic engagements with the

consumer facing companies.

- The core responsibility for this role is the development of institutional relationships that further

the client's growth objectives and align with its mission. These relationships range from specific,

opportunistic business relationships to broad strategic alliances.

Objective of this Role:

- Develop the India partnerships and alliances strategy and goals in line with the client's strategy

and goals.

- Identify and onboard strategic partners to extend footprint in the region.

- Create an approach to programmatically identify, target, and recruit key national and regional

partners.

- Drive the identification, structuring, negotiating, closing and nurturing of all strategic

relationships to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and partner recruitment goals.

- Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing go-to-market

strategies.

- Evangelize partnerships- including joint value propositions with sales teams to ensure

awareness and collaboration and minimize sales conflicts.

- Collaborate with Marketing to create demand generation programs and campaigns that drive

partner revenue.


Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience with at least 3-4 years in driving partnerships and alliances.

- Proven leadership abilities leading a team.

- Experience working with D2C platforms in India.

- Extensive experience working with partners, channels, and integrators to build strategic

programs that drive awareness, demand and sales.

- Ability to inspire and persuasively communicate ideas, overcome obstacles, lead people,

compel partners.

- Strong customer and partner focus on establishing and developing long term, lasting

relationships that drive revenue. Existing relationships with identified target partners a bonus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate

impact.

- Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
