Strategic Programs Analyst - Wealth Management Technology, New York, NY
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Experience Level : Level 3
Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Technology (WMT) division seeks a candidate to support Strategic Programs and Analytics.
Candidate will work closely with members of the COO team to execute and support organizational priorities and programs.
Candidate will lead analyses and coordination of efforts of strategic initiatives including key divisional programs and activities focused on delivery of business priorities and communications.
Candidate will run both large-scale and small-scale efforts, including leading meetings with technology and business leadership, content development, and analyses aligning to strategic priorities throughout the year.
Candidate will be handling several work streams at any given time, in additional to being responsible for communications management and internal meeting management.
Candidate will provide support for communicating with senior stakeholders throughout the planning process of any such program, organizing meetings, developing content and facilitating program coordination from idea through execution.
Candidate will have exposure to senior management both around gathering requirements, pitching ideas and in the execution.
The role requires excellent analytical, organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving ability in order to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or a solution to the head of the team.

Excellent time/priority management skills: Ability to adjust to multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
Good use of initiative, judgment and decision making.
Data analysis skills, in order to use data and facts to prepare and develop materials for senior management.
Excellent communicator: Ability to collaborate across all levels across the organization
Being Pro-active: Identify value add areas for senior leaders beyond day-to-day tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills
Financial Services experience is a significant plus
