Job Title: Student Housing Assistant

Job Description:

Qualifications:

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong administrative and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Previous experience working in a higher education or hospitality setting preferred, as well as a strong background in customer service;
Ability to interact and effectively communicate with residents, faculty, staff, and students;
Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose, anticipate, and resolve program issues;
Ability to organize several projects and tasks with multiple deadlines;
Possess professional standards of conduct including a strong sense of ethics and strict confidentiality;
Detail-oriented, professional and willingness to work well within a team environment;
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to work with students in an empathetic and compassionate manner
Ability and willingness to follow CDC guidelines pertaining to COVID-19, including utilizing PPE
Must possess a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be physically able to carry up to 20lbs up five flights of stairs.
