We seek a talented and enthusiastic Studio Technician/Photography Assistant to join our in-studio team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our photographers during their shoots to ensure the quality of the images. Also, you can retouch and provide edited samples to the client after the photoshoots. We are looking for someone with a sociable personality to bring a positive attitude to the studio and provide our clients with an uplifting and joyful experience.
You will be responsible for...
- Assist the photographer during photoshoots, including positioning/directing the client, adjusting their hair, and monitoring the images as they are taken to ensure the highest quality;
- Provide comfort and attentiveness to the client during the photoshoot;
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address retouching concerns;
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to assist in the sale of images.
Requirements
Here's what you'll be bringing to the team...
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience with photography equipment, including cameras and lighting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in photography, fine arts, or a related field preferred.
