JOB DESCRIPTION

EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE- RECRUITMENT SERVICES

Designation- Executive/ Senior Executive- Recruitment Services

Location- Chinar Park, Kolkata

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates who align with the firm's needs.
  2. Candidate screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, both active and passive, by providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and act as a point of contact for any questions or concerns.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Provide guidance and recommendations based on your expertise in talent acquisition and market trends.
  5. Applicant tracking and Documentation: Utilize applicant-tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
  6. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Create compelling job descriptions, company profiles, and other recruitment materials that accurately represent the firm's culture, values, and opportunities.
  7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor activities. Analyse and interpret market data to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies and processes.
  8. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide necessary information, ensure completion of required documentation, and support the integration of new employees into the organization.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the recruitment process. Implement best practices, leverage technology and automation tools, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a consultancy firm or professional services environment
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  8. Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and problem-solve
  9. Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
