Job Description Operates and maintains print reproduction equipment and sets up reproduction equipment Maintain and operate the utilities, buildings, and grounds according to all State Regulations and all auxiliary equipment Assist with overseeing the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair of interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable Stay current with the latest technology and advances in the electronics and power management, home automation, and smart grid related industries Prepares drawings for major contractual requirements utilizing software and associated equipment to prepare sets or groups of drawings for new construction, modification, alteration, or renovation of facilities Participates in ongoing inspection of Plant and equipment conditions to determine the type of maintenance work required Success factors for the Engineering Specialist - Machine/Systems Integrator are strong communication, spatial and conceptual design skills, an understanding of customers needs and product application the competitive products, and understanding cost drivers Supply an uninterrupted amount of steam, hot water, and compressed air for use throughout the facility Assist with directing the daily activities of the department Assist with ensuring the execution and achievement of the hotels preventive maintenance program goals Employement Category:Employement Type: Full time Industry: Real Estate Role Category: Site Engineering / Project ManagementEngineering Design / Construction Functional Area: Not Applicable Role/Responsibilies: Supervisor Engineer
