Title: Admin/Clerical - Supply Agent (22177-1)

Salary Range $42 per hour

Work shift Standard

Description:

• Coordinate and execute domestic and international transportation. Ensure on time delivery of all shipments through carrier selection and scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with all existing federal DOT and International regulations, guidelines and procedures for export controls. Identify exceptions such as damage, short shipments, mis-shipments, overweight/oversized cartons, etc., and reconcile these issues, engaging Customer Service and other partner teams as needed.
• Complete and supervise the documentation process including Invoices, NAFTA certification, hazardous material, shippers export declarations, bills of lading, International Airway bills, packing slips and shipping instructions.
• Provide necessary direction for on time delivery, packing reqts, loading of trucks and safe and damage free execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and regional Transportation group on end-to-end freight claims process. Support Master Data maintenance for relevant data including HTS codes, CoO, and ECCN.

Requirements:

• 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and efficiently navigate through various systems and tools
• Demonstrated experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and driving solutions
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• SAP experience
• Formal training in import/export controls (HTS/ECCN/ITAR)
