Job Title: Supply Chain Applications Manager Location: Columbus, OH Position Type: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire) Job Description: Manager will lead a team of developers and systems analysts responsible for supporting and enhancing Supply Chain applications. Will leverage experience in Supply Chain and packaged cloud applications to deliver technology projects that align with business objectives and goals. Expected to leverage foundational knowledge of Demand Planning, Order Management, Replenishment, Warehouse Management, and related applications to identify improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and recommend ways to implement these changes without disrupting current operations. Provided daily coaching, feedback, and support for a team of developers and systems analysts. Partner with peers across IT and the business to work on projects that are cross-functional, spanning beyond Supply Chain. 20% Deliver Supply Chain application projects & enhancements. 5% Software configuration and support 15% Work with stakeholders including Managers/Directors and VPs to define business systems. requirements for new technology implementations 15% Coaching and mentoring of direct reports 10% Demonstration business partnership skills and proactive technology innovation related to supply chain 5% Ensures application designs are in alignment with architectural standards 5% Maintaines strong vendor partnerships ensuring knowledge of technical and capability product roadmaps 20% Lead IT application team, following the Software Development Life Cycle, to address defects, incidents, service/ad hac requests and small enhancements 5% Other duties assigned by management.
