Job Description: Supply Chain Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Architect to join our team. The Supply Chain Architect will be responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, process design, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze current supply chain processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Adaptive Supplychain
• Design and develop end-to-end supply chain architectures, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, logistics, and IT, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Identify and implement best practices and industry benchmarks for supply chain management to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and document supply chain processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization.
• Evaluate and select supply chain technologies, tools, and systems to support process improvements and enhance supply chain visibility.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify supply chain bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and support supply chain improvement projects, including system implementations, process redesign, and performance measurement initiatives.
• Monitor and track supply chain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for further optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Architect or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in supply chain design and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, production planning, and distribution.
• Proficiency in supply chain modeling and optimization tools, such as supply chain network design software.
• Solid understanding of supply chain technologies, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis software. Ability to extract insights from large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. PL-SQL technical knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) are preferred but not required.
