Working as a Supply Chain Management at Signify is dynamic. You ll be working as
Supply Chain Assistant

We are looking for an
Supply Chain Assistant
wholl be responsible to drive Improvements in Materials processes.

Youll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities in Invoice Management and Reporting & Analytics team, so Problem Solving, taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA.


What youll do


Working knowledge of ERP preferably SAP is required.
Proficient with MS Office tools & knowledge of Advance Excel (VBA coding/ automation skills can be an added advantage).
Should be well versed with sound knowledge in Invoice on hold management.
Hands on experience in Invoice on hold activities like MRBR and GRIR.
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Maintain Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Monitor data to identify changes in metrics and business trends.
Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
Meets defined SLA and KPIs on performance and quality in given TAT.


What youll need


Bachelors Degree preferably with 0-1 years of relevant SCM experience; Freshers will also work.
Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
Basic understanding of SCM process.
Proactive & result driven approach.
Learning Agility

Self-driven approach
Team Player
