Supply Chain Coordinator

As Supply Chain Coordinator, your primary role is to support the Operations team in carrying out the duties relative to the supply of Clinical product to our patients/customers.
The role will involve supporting in house biomedical technicians by performing Goods-in/Goods-out, decontamination & additional material management processes. The role will also support the logistics supervisor by supporting the order fulfilment cycle, aiding with inbound/outbound materials from the field & assisting with ERP transactions to account for inventory inflow/outflow. This is a hybrid role that supports both the onsite biomedical technician team & the logistics supervisor with activities that drive inventory availability under the direction of the Sr. Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Goods-in, decontamination, goods-out & material shipment preparation in compliance with our Quality Management System.
Support the Inbound shipping, product receipt, storage, outbound shipping & reverse logistics processes to maintain inventory integrity within the Beverly warehouse.
Maintain the hot swap pool, completing hot rinses and other associated actions to ensure the pool is maximized to the required standards.
Movement of machines for deployment, including packaging and recording through defined processes.
Maintain stock levels by ensuring that spare parts levels are maintained and that the weekly order process is adhered to.
Support biomedical technician team & logistics supervisor to provide best in class materials management & order lifecycle management.
Prepare pre-assembled inventory for outbound shipments as needed to support field installations.
Ensure that all documents and actions performed adhere to the Quality Management System and related WIs/OPs.
Backup/support logistics supervisor in daily, weekly, monthly job duties as necessary.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in operations/logistics/warehouse administration or interest in the field.
- Prior experience with data/process management within an ERP/CRM system preferred.
- Prior experience of working in a technical related role with proven ability to follow basic technical and engineering instructions desired.
- Ability to plan and manage own workload using initiative, identifying basic issues and resolving them without need for management intervention.
- Knowledge or previous experience of the medical industry and related quality standards (e.g. ISO13485) is desired but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, internal motivation, and desire to succeed.
