Our manufacturing company is actively seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager in their Winston-Salem, NC location. This Manager will oversee all phases of production scheduling, inventory control, purchasing of raw materials and production. This person will report to the Plant Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase all raw materials.


• Negotiate and set up new vendors and purchasing contracts when necessary.


• Complete quotes and find sources for improved products, lower cost and faster delivery.


• Manage the warehouse function including receiving of raw materials, shipping of finished goods, and organizing of both in the warehouse area.


• Communicate with customers on complaints, problems and concerns. Refer to customer complaints relating to quality or production to appropriate management.


• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Utilize an SAP system and generate inventory reports.


• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area, maintain a safe work environment and safe work practices, accident investigations and ensuring outside contractors adhere to policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.


• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.


• Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, busy manufacturing facility
