Job TitleSupply Chain Project Manager Job Description
You are responsible for
Sense & manage risks, driven either by internal or external factors, with scenario planning and create clear visibility to stakeholders to enable and drive End to End countermeasures ahead. Supporting monthly S&OP supply review with the definition, and review of the supply plan to meet AOP and 12 month rolling integral inventory targets. Actively contribute to supply chain breakthrough and continuous improvement programs, to step up operational excellence and customer value, supporting change management across sites. Is responsible for agreeing the project objectives and formulating the project plan, in consultation with management and other parties concerned. Researching the project requirements. Perform analytical tasks to ensure project supports goals and objectives. Gather critical data and support the OMM leadership team. Acts as the go-between for the OMM leadership team and changes to business processes. Works directly with stakeholders to make sure the project objectives are aligned with the project. Evaluates and monitors projects, whilst performing regular project analysis. Works, alongside stakeholders through project anomalies. Key projects currently open within OMM, where the project analyst role is required, includes Stagnations Clear-to-build Inventory analytics RTV reduction Certificate Deployment program Rhenus delivery risk assessment
You are a part of
The Philips MR Supply Chain business and will report directly to the OMM Director.
To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelors degree (required) in the Supply Chain related field (preferred) and 10+ years experience in a Supply Chain related function Experience in global planning including multisite Strong leadership including crisis management, problem solving and decision-making capabilities Highly capable in data analytics and driving digitalization Excellent communication skill towards different level of stakeholders Experience working in planning systems a plus
