We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Support Technician role.Image computers with a set parameter using SCCM Task sequencing. Track deployment of assets with an online excel spreadsheet or ticket management system. Conduct installation of approved DPS software. Unboxing/boxing of computers with weights up to 25lbs, placing units on shelfs or assisting carrying units to transport vehicles. Skills(Required) : experience with using the SCCM task sequencing process to install images Knowledge of system analysis, design methodology, and client hardware and software systems in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of the configuration of devices and drivers including their installation and updates.
