We are seeking a qualified candidate to manage the operations of the Nursing Unit from an operational and personnel activities standpoint, define the mission for the department and share the corporate vision with assigned staff. Candidate will also direct operations and administration of the department under the general guidance of his/her Administrative Representative and help to develop and direct assigned personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing, preferably a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Two years of nursing experience with one year in a supervisory role.
• Current NC or Multistate RN Licensure.
• ACLS and BLS
