Be part of an exciting and team-oriented, multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice! Sight Partners provides a great work life balance with no weekends or holidays work. We are looking to fill a Full Time Surgical Technologist position for our Renton location. Partner with physicians and nurses to provide professional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures within our ASC facility. Responsibilities include: - Process and sterilize instruments to the highest standards.
- Assist and handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
- Gain an understanding of the procedures being performed and anticipate the need of the surgeon.
- Ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and function cooperatively with physicians and staff exhibiting teamwork characteristics.
- Maintain highest standard of sterile technique and vigilance of sterile field during the surgical procedure.

- Current CPR/AED is mandatory and ACLS is preferred.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, G-Suite, Windows environment, and strong keyboarding skills.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Knowledge of sterile technique as it applied to the operating room.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, etc.)
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask
- Have the flexibility to help in all areas and effectively work in a team environment
- Maintain a professional presentation, patient confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for exemplary customer service
- Strong organization and attention to detail
