Sustaining Program Manager San Diego, CA
Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics ECG, R&D organization. In this role you will be part of the Global R&D Leadership Team for ECG Solutions, reporting to the Head of R&D ECG. You will drive a program of sustaining activities for all the ECG Clinical Portfolio, teaming up with all business functions and executing across our global R&D teams (India, Europe, and USA).
Your role:
Gaining agreements on and achieving program goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks for all sustaining program activities
Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective
Building partnerships with the program stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions
Investigating customer expectations and responding to their feedback
Monitoring program/project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team
Ensures Philips standards (Process/Systems/Way-of-Working) are adopted as outlined in Philips Business System (PBS) and in the local Management System
You're the right fit if:

Masters degree or equivalent work related experience
5+ years of experience in the development of innovative, complex systems and solutions. Preferably, in a highly regulated industry (i.e. medical, government, automotive). You are experienced as project leader of cross functional development programs (>3 years).
Proven track record of project management success in a complex matrix organization, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.
You are certified in one or more Project/Program management capabilities, i.e. SAFe, Scrum, PMP certification.
Strong team player, driving results through influence, and building relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $120,848 to $223,104, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
Note: At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
