Job Title : Systems Engineer

Job Description:

The following general skills would be required for both types of resources:

Experience working on Red Hat Linux (RHEL v7) platforms. The candidate does not need to be a system administrators but should be comfortable enough to navigate around the platform and execute typical commands at the command prompt
Document technical design, build process and test cases related to implemented solutions
Participate and/or lead discussions related to application design by asking questions and providing feedback on technical topics
Lead/contribute in the application design, development, implementation, testing and support on new contact center projects; ensuring adherence to team standards when implementing applications
Provide on-call support to users by handling Service Requests and Incidents related to Genesys

In addition to the skills listed above, the following role specific skills would also be required.

Genesys Infrastructure and Call Routing (2 resources):
10+ years of experience with Genesys PureEngage Premise platform (Note: experience with only Genesys PureEngage Cloud, PureConnect or PureCloud platforms will not meet our needs)
Strong knowledge of configuration, implementation and testing of Genesys Framework, Routing (ORS. URS, Composer), Reporting (icon, Pulse), SIP-based (SIP Server, RM, MCP) and administrative (Administrator, GAX) components.
Demonstrated ability to create call flows, route points, add new users, check system logs, etc.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot call routing issues; candidate must have experience reviewing various Genesys application logs to help solve issues
Ideal candidate would have experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions implemented using both Genesys IRD and URS and Genesys Orchestration Server and Composer
Collaborate with internal technical team members and/or Genesys Professional Services in installing and troubleshooting Genesys components
Some knowledge of Avaya Routing is a plus
Some SBC knowledge is a plus

Web/Application Developer (1 resource):
Technologies
o HTML, CSS and JavaScript
o JavaScript Frameworks, specifically, Vue.js and Node.js
o Java
o Oracle/SQL
Skills
o Significant Web development and Java Programming experience (10+ years see technology sets above)
o Ability to code data driven web applications
Other
o New hire would be utilized to build and modify Vue.js based reporting application and tools platform interacting with Oracle database.
o New hire will also be utilized to modify and enhance a high transaction java based application
