Next Phase Solutions and Services is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst who can proficiently deploy, maintain, and provide support for information technology and systems that align with the organization's business objectives and adapt to growth. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and a passion for continuous learning. Requirements

  • Front-facing customer engagement skills with the ability to lead customer meetings and create professional materials
  • Communicates directly with onboarding groups via email and Slack and manages the relationships with primary POCs for these groups
  • Runs all onboarding meetings (weekly for each onboarding entity), keeps detailed notes of actions from meetings, sends to the group following these meetings
  • Maintains and updates various onboarding trackers in Confluence daily/weekly
  • Experience performing software testing.
  • Experience performing application setup/configuration and debugging issues with applications users
  • Assists with weekly reporting to include the Onboarding & Tools report and Weekly status report that is sent to the client
  • Provides support to Program Managers with various activities as needed examples include notes, research on data sets, creating process flows and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload based on the needs of the client
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent technical writing skills and proven experience in systems with complex requirements
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to team with others to meet project objectives
  • Understanding of the system development lifecycle as implemented with Agile; SAFe knowledge a plus

Education/Experience

  • One (1) to Three (3) years of customer experience with a bachelors degree in Computer Science (C.S.) or Software Engineering. Related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be relevant if the programs contain, at minimum, a concentration of courses in foundational C.S. areas.
  • Open to eager CompSci graduates with one (1) year of experience and relevant coursework and internship experience in the software development process (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance) and programming.

  • To be considered for this position, you must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years.
  • You must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and successfully pass a government Public Trust background investigation.
  • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This job requires residency in Maryland or Northern Virginia and is partially remote (two days a week).
  • Unfortunately, a fully remote schedule is not available.
