Job Description:

• Due to significant growth and success our client has created a new position and is in search for a Tech/Team Lead - Senior Software Engineer to lead a team in the development of web and mobile apps.


• The position reports to the Head of Engineering and it is planned the successful candidate will be on a "fast track" to take over the entire Engineering team in a very short time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a full-stack production environment


• Experience with React aon the front-end


• Experience with Rails, Node, Django on the backend and MVC framework


• Experience scaling a web application not just with number of users but also contributors to the codebase


• Experience breaking out services from a monolith is a big plus?
