TITLE INSURANCE SALESPERSON

Abstracts, Incorporated, A Premier Title Insurance Company seeks a highly motivated and energetic sales candidate to immediately fill a full time or part time sales position.

We are a well respected 39 year old Garden City NY based Title Insurance Company with Offices in Wading River and Riverhead Long Island NY. We represent all 5 of the Largest Title Insurance underwriters in NYS with impeccable underwriter relationships and a strong commitment to customer service.

We are seeking veteran title insurance sales professionals who possess the following qualities:

** Minimum 2 Years Title Insurance Sales Experience with an active Book of Business
** Outstanding communication skills including the ability to positively deal with clients
** Motivated candidates with the ability to Solicit, Develop and Maintain relationships with potential clients
** Ongoing servicing of your client base to ensure retention and growth

Responsibilities will include prospecting, establishing new accounts, planning and organizing daily work schedule and reporting to management regarding sales activities.

What you'll be doing:

-Developing and growing your client base by providing excellent customer service while building and maintaining relationships.
-Candidates are expected to develop and/or build on relationships with Attorneys, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, and Builders and Investors to obtain and secure title insurance services
-DAILY LIVE LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED.

We offer the budget for you to develop and maintain close relationships with your clients as well as one of the highest compensation packages in the industry. In return you must have an existing book of business and at minimum 2 years of title insurance experience.
We provide full services to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut real estate markets.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
