We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful data visualizations, reports, and dashboards. As a Tableau Developer specializing in real-world data, claims data, EHR, EMR, and related domains, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights. Your expertise in Tableau and data analysis will play a crucial role in transforming complex datasets into meaningful visual representations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, data analysts, and subject matter experts, to understand data requirements and project objectives. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and other relevant tools. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including real-world data, claims data, EHR, EMR, etc., for analysis and reporting purposes. Apply data modeling and visualization best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly dashboards. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance, scalability, and usability. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues or bugs in Tableau visualizations. Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, data analytics techniques, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process. Collaborate with other developers, data engineers, and data scientists to integrate Tableau visualizations with other systems or platforms. Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to leverage Tableau for self-service analytics and reporting. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, with demonstrable experience in developing complex visualizations, reports, and dashboards. In-depth knowledge of real-world data, claims data, EHR, EMR, and related domains, with a solid understanding of data structures and data modeling concepts. Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and ETL processes. Familiarity with healthcare data standards, such as HL7, CPT, ICD, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Experience working with large and complex datasets, including unstructured data, and the ability to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, principles, and user experience design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Tableau and healthcare analytics are a plus.
