What youll do

Support intern hirings, bridge intern hiring information between hiring manager and vendors
Arrange and follow up on interview related matters, timely communication with interviewers, candidates and hiring managers;
Assist the hiring manager to complete the recruitment data analysis work;
Other support tasks, such as assisting hiring managers in organizing monthly meetings and recruitment-related activities
Exposure to a range of activities related to recruitment and employer branding, including but not limited to campus recruitment, Top Employer Selection, etc.

Your qualifications

Be careful, organized and good at communication
Proficient in using Office software
At least 3 days a week for at least 3 months HR related internship experience is preferred
