• Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on social media platforms.
• Shortlisting and reviewing applications of shortlisted candidates.
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fitment, and compatibility.
• Should handle end to end recruitment.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Working on requirements/specifications.
• Familiarity on recruiting softwares and tools.
• Highly organized and thorough.
