What will you be doing?

Bringing your highly valued leadership, capabilities and drive to a growing Talent Acquisition team! Our desire is to welcome a highly capable, hands-on, individual with experience in a staffing or consulting environment! This is not a business development role but requires account management. Your responsibilities include recruiting operations and strategy, building out metrics and reporting, employee onboarding, knowledge of building candidate pipelines, working in VMS systems, managing 3rd party sourcers, and being the main point of contact internally and externally for the Talent Acquisition team.

To be successful in this role, you should be flexible, confident, able to deal with changing priorities, and be able to celebrate the wins and learn from the losses! Bring your experience in Recruiting Operations and Full Cycle Recruiting across different organizations and seniority levels. You will also need knowledge of recruiting trends and candidate markets to educate stakeholders.

Ultimately, you will help our team to operate more efficiently to take on more responsibility and help clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a very timely manner. Quick turnaround times are expected by our clients to support their corporate needs!

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting Strategy and Planning
  • Job/Candidate Management - ensuring all roles are tracked and managed; lead team reviews and manage status updates with the TA team; process management
  • Full Cycle/Pipeline Recruiting
  • ATS/VMS Management
  • Metrics and Reporting Development/Management
  • Support TA related special projects, as needed

What you should bring to the table:

  • A desire and capability to win!
  • A strong sense of urgency, flexibility and commitment to your team and clients!
  • Proven work experience as a Consulting or Staffing Recruiter, Recruiting Operations, or similar
  • Jack of All Trades Point of Contact for Recruiting and Recruiting Operations
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, presenting, conducting client interview prep and scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding candidates for various roles and seniority levels primarily in the Technology Industry (Project, Program, and Product Management are a key verticals)
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exhibit overall professionalism
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation.
