Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Manager Talent Acquisition role located in Bellandur, Bengaluru. The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting the Corporate GM in Leadership hiring and Corporate Function hiring. Role entails sourcing, screening and scheduling for Leadership hiring and stakeholder management in Corp function hiring. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Expertise in Employer Branding Strong Interviewing and Recruiting skills Ability to assess candidates for fit, skills, and culture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a must. Note: Relevant certifications and training programs will be a plus. Salary Info: Candidates above 20L need not apply. Work Practice: 5.5 Days a week ( Holiday on 2nd & 4th Saturday)
