About the role

InfoTrack is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong focus on technical recruiting. This is a key role within our team, ideal for individuals proficient in sourcing top technical talent, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adept at fostering productive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to source high-quality candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and advising them on market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Represent and promote our company brand and culture, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Use data and metrics to report on recruitment performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Continually improve our recruitment process, recommending new ideas and innovations to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical and non-technical recruitment, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technical skills in the market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment laws and practices.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability, with a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of technology industry trends and the ability to stay ahead of market changes.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Proficiency in using social media, job boards, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
